I must say he is a genuinely lovely guy and clearly cares about his guests and he helped find us a more suitable room with a bath so we could bath our child. For me Jon and the other staff we interacted with were the best thing about the stay and we’re all incredibly friendly. "

"The room we were staying, the decor was tired - not worthy of a 4 star hotel unfortunately. Upon arrival, wardrobe door was hanging off hinges, the wifi receiver box was hanging of the wall - room was also very dark. Pointed out wardrobe door to concierge and they had it fixed the next day, but should have been done before guest arrival - tables in hallway tired and peeling off. The staff was friendly though, especially in the breakfast room. Breakfast had a good choice."
