"Great location. Cleaning needs improvements. Unfortunately this wasn't very clean. The unit smelled of urine when i entered, the bathroom window had been left open. The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The dining table had dried on food. The closet shelves had hair and dust on them. the "

"Their breakfast was toast or breakfast cereal, no bagels or anything else! The Room smelled really bad! it took 30 minutes to get use to it every time we went back in!"

"Bed skirt had stains??? that looked like bodily fluid or food. Cob webs on the wall and ceiling. Towels had a strange smell I will not stay again"

"Hotel looks new. Rooms are new too, but sheets and towels were dirty. We found one towel with, literally the mark of the shoe, folded with the clean hand towels. People were complaining about not having staff to check in, but we never had a problem with that. I called them in morning and they pick up the phone immediately. When we arrived to check in at 8pm, a nice lady was there at the front desk; right behind us, came 4 or 5 ladies clapping and being sarcastic about having staff at the front...

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"This was a nice hotel and casino. It has a smaller atmosphere but still offered everything I would expect of a casino/resort. The staff was very friendly and made it clear this is a no nonsense hotel so if you’re planning to come here and be loud or unruly you can plan to be removed from the property. We enjoyed the clean room, clean casino floor, as well as the options for food and drinks. We arrived late so we missed our chance to eat at 13 moons but the Carvers restaurant had a great menu and...

"The hotel is located off a noisy highway and the walls are thin. That made it hard to sleep along with our room was facing the motel sign that is bright and the curtains aren’t black out curtains. Worse in the summer with the sun rising at 6am and filling our room."
