"We know the Residence is the annex part of the Unitas Hotel so was very happy with the spacious room. It has kettle and fridge in our room along with Air condition. The room is clean and bright. The only thing we wished was if staff can explain the facility/amenity better - we have to ask for direction to the Residence part of the hotel, Website says "coffee/tea facilities" and turns out only tea bags were provided in the room, we would have to pay for coffee. All in all still a great stay,...

"Near the end of our stay we contacted the provider to let them know the ceiling was leaking water into our room during a storm. The water created a puddle on the floor as well as onto my daughter’s bed.
My complaint and frustration is with the providers interaction. I asked for a discount, they denied this and after two separate attempts to communicate further, they ignored my text’s.

"Perfekt beliggenhet, stille og rolig men kort vei til alt. Litt varme rom dersom du er uheldig å ha solen rett på, da aircondition ikke er 100%.. MEGET harde senger på enkeltrom, be om overmadrass.. Bra frokost, får en 3’er av oss - men eksepsjonelt bra i forhold til andre østeuropeiske land. Merkbart at det er Clarion. Spa er Thai-massasje, just so you know"
