"Amazing hotel lovely big room with view of the square amazing breakfast in Mozart cafe. Would just reiterate what other have said about the stairs in the old part. We we were room 201 and lots of stairs to climb and no lift x"

"From the moment I entered this hotel, I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk agent. She took time to show me on a map how to find sites of interest, gave me tips on restaurants, and gave me general advice about my 2-day stay in Prague. I enjoyed Prague SO MUCH MORE because of her thoughtful help. Every time I went in and out, she greeted me and asked how things were going.
Breakfast was included with my room. It was an extensive buffet with plenty for everyone. I asked...
