"We booked 3 rooms, one room the shower/bath didn't work. The wifi didn't work very well in any of the rooms. The staff inadvertently issued a key to one of the rooms, and someone attempted entry into room in the middle of the night, which my daughter was in. The desk clerk I reported the issues to was rather indifferent, blamed the key mixup on "system issues", and only offered to ask the manager if we could get compensation for our troubles. So far I haven't seen any credit issued."
