Matt and the rest of the staff were very hospitable. The tea service and breakfast were fantastic! We ate there every morning and evening (before dinner). "We loved the stay and the location in Savannah is perfect, from being close enough to all the historic district sites, and the river. Very walkable area. There was an issue with the smoke alarm in our room that the staff was very helpful with making right and following up on. The staff seemed genuinely happy to have us there and to help make our experience in Savannah a good one. The breakfasts were super tasty and portions just right; amenities were spot on and we looked forward every evening ...

"Awesome hotel. All the staff were amazing and very very accommodating. Love being by Forsyth Park. Pool was a very big plus for me and my wife. This area is less crowded than river street so if you want to relax a little more this place is great. We loved it and highly recommend."

The parking is a little tough for larger trucks but that is to be expexted with the area, however they made adjustments quickly and we had no problems whatsoever. "The Present is a neighborhood boutique hotel, each room is unique in style and decor. First floor rooms and those reached only by steps are an option. Wonderful coffee service area on the second floor. In an historic building so it has those touches, clawfoot tubs, wonderfully creaky floors and large windows. The management is very responsive for any any concerns. Walkable to many restaurants and squares around Savannah. "
