"The room smelled awful. It was musty/moldy. You could hear everything! People next door were talking at a normal volume and it was like they were the same room. Couldn’t even closed the drapes and I was in the first floor so people could see it. I didn’t sleep at all."

"My stay was okay for a quick overnight stay. It seems the property needs some TLC. I pulled up to the property not landscaped or mowed, people tailgating and sunbathing in the parking lot. My door was dented which didn't look so good. The room had a certain smell that was covered up with a citrus spray prior to my getting into the room. They did provide a refrigerator, water, snacks and coffee service set up in the room. The AC unit was loud going on and off all night. Not much you can do about...

"The room was a very good size. I would suggest getting an upgrade on the bathroom. It was very tiny. You had to move close to the sink in order to shut the door, the toilet was extremely low sitting, there was no room to put your toiletries. A really small bathroom. Lighting was dim. I think better LED lights/bulbs would work much better in the entire room. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them and it was really a family style atmosphere because of them....

"Everything was wonderful. Exactly as described. All the little things were perfect, breakfast, housekeeping, snacks, the view, parking, etc.. Location is walking distance from the beach and restaurants, but far enough for quiet privacy. Thank you Cheryl (hope I'm spelling that right), you have a lovely property. Would love to return."

"The breakfast was awful, eggs tasted like powder eggs, sausages we lousy, no pancakes, blah, no butter for pancakes or for toast. I would rather see them drop the breakfast and lower the room rate the coffee was very good was Lavaza brand."

"The front lobby was beautiful. However when I arrived I was put in a king room when I had reserved for two double beds so I had to move rooms. Also the iron was leaking so I had to go down and get another iron. Also I expected that they would clean the room daily Ana that was not the case. I had to see a housekeeper in the hallway in order to get new towels. So overall my stay was just ok."

"Rooms were very clean but on the small side. Breakfast was okay, certainly got the job done but nothing extra. Overall it’s a good value hotel and I would definitely stay again in the future when looking to be economical."
