"Seamless check in. Staff polite, personal and accommodating. Room was clean and cute, well decorated. Large TV with multi channel options available. Oatmeal bar was magnificent. Coffee was weak. Property with a lot of interstate noise. Nice vibe. We stayed 4 days . Weekend live band. Good and functional work out room. Not real close to East and North Tucson attractions. "

"It’s very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows for me was like sleeping in the clouds! The breakfast was tasty. Parking lot was close to the door and it was good overall. I would stay again for sure."

Very busy with a lot of foreign travelers who have a different view on appropriate social norms (such as not moving out of the way of someone with large bags or who are carrying items, and a few nutty parents who thought it was funny for their screaming children to run up and down the halls, but otherwise a very good deal for the price. "We stayed here for a staycation to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday! We had a blast!! Free arcade room! A playground! Cool sitting areas with TVs! The rooms are super clean and smells soooo good! The staff was super nice, friendly, and very helpful! The pool was heated!!! Cornhole and a giant connect 4 game outside by the pool area! We had a great time!! Can't wait to book another staycation!!!"

"This is the second Springhill Suites by Marriott we've stayed at (the first being in Verde Valley in July 2025). Absolutely cookie-cutter replica, and we loved it. Tons of room in the 2 bed queen + sofa bed, close to multiple restaurants, and staff was very kind."
