"Staff were excellent, very helpful. Food ordered from restaurant also excellent. Let downs were no SKY TV, heat pump in bedroom rather than living area, hard bed, phone not working and no electrical sockets next to mirrors for hair dryer and straightener."

"We Enjoyed our stay at the Palms Motel, everything was super clean & inviting, not too far to the airport or city. We checked out at 6am to get our flight but it was canceled, I called the Motel to ask if we could come back to stay until 10am and they were amazing, so highly recommend the service here. "We stayed overnight at Birches Motel as we had an early international flight out the next morning. The motel is in the middle of Reno’s and upgrading the rooms but we found our room to be perfect! Clean and comfortable which was just what we needed. Would happily stay there again! The shuttle picked us up at the airport which was great. No shuttle in the morning as we left at 5am but that was fine. Overall great overnight stay😊"
