Room was comfortable and home-y, lots of amenities (including AC which can be hard to find in Europe), and a lovely public terrace/bar with a perfect view of the city. It's also just steps away from public transport which can get you anywhere you want to go in Prague. 10/10 would recommend."

Helpful staff for planning trips (Went to Kunta Hora, easy, direct train 52 minutes and inexpensive. get a round-trip because the ticket is good for the day. There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. The television was very small, offered only a limited number of channels, and most of them were in German. There was no hair dryer in the room and not even a proper place to hang clothes.
