Hotel dekat Patung Ştefan cel Mare

"All good."

"The staff at the reception desk was professional and pleasant. The room was well appointed, tastefully decorated, new furniture and nicely renovated bathrooms. The bathroom was supplied with everything one would need in terms of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toiletries, everything in the washroom and room was fully functional and well maintained. The top floor restaurant had a nice selection of traditional and international dishes. The portions were generous. The breakfast was a buffe...

"Positive: Great location, good staff and decent breakfast. Negative: Old communist era hotel with an attempt to update. Room was 27.5 C when we arrived. When we set the thermostat to cool it heated the room to 30.5! The only option was to sleep with the window wide open to get the room back to 27. Pillows are horrible clumps of stuffing. Despite the great location and kind staff I would never stay here again."

"It's a pleasant hotel with helpful staff, good breakfast, convenient transportation to the center."

"Breakfast is disappointing. Hot water for tea can be separated from coffee machine. The queue was too long. It’s located walking distance (15 minutes) to the palace mall. It’s difficult to find restaurants nearby the hotel."

"Value for money. Looks a bit old but a nice place and very central. I would choose again."

"There was no hot water during our entire stay. No room service to collect rubbish. We had to ask the reception for toilet paper and soap during our stay. Location is great."

"The hotel is located very convenient in downtown. We enjoyed staying in a large room decorated in a palace style and with a huge bathroom. We would come back anytime."

They gave us 2 rooms then but they were both old and with problems. I believe they have a few renovated rooms that are shown in the pictures online but most of the rooms are old, smelly and moldy. The AC in our room did not work and they could not give us another room until the next day because they said they are full. Temp inside was 30C that...

"The room was clean , and the staff was amazing. You have to pay attention to find it but after is all worth it. "
