The rooms were bare. They were not as pictured. The bathroom had a torn down towel rod. The shower head was repaired with expanding foam. The tub had mold. They gave you one hangar. I questioned whether they had such terrible guests in the past that they stripped the place of everything. Never again!

Non-smoking room had awful stale cigarette smoke smell. TV remote was missing batteries. Large stains on chair. Bed linens were dirty. Towels were washed but stained. No towel racks in bathroom. Floors were dirty. No hand soap at sink. Bedside table had sticky substance on it. Room location was poor with a lot of highway noise. Hotel exterior was in poor condition with no office or lounge area. No breakfast or coffee. Arrived late, so no other room was available. I only stayed a few hours and left as soon as possible. This hotel is outdated, in poor comdition, and should be condemned.

There were piles of garbage bags at the entrance to the stairwell and in front of our room. There were no towels or washcloths at all in the unit and we were unable to locate staff to ask for any. There was no staff in the office lobby so, after waiting a while, I called and no one answered. I had to make do without.
