"The only elevator was out of order. We had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The citronella lemongrass soap was pungent and unpleasant. Did not want to smell like a bug repellent candle at the funeral I had come to town for. The conditioner made my hair feel like a rat's nest. The continental breakfast was ok. "Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank."

"The house and amenities are decorated is a simple cozy style, very well maintained. It was a fantastic experience for me and my wife. The house is beside a 60km bicycle and walking trail. Close to everything."
