"The grounds were well maintained. Staff was helpful. However, for a five star hotel I expected the shower in our room to be larger than a shower in an RV. Also, we had to request that the vent in the bathroom be cleaned bc there was a quarter inch of dust and mildew on the vent. We also had to call and request that our room be cleaned and to get clean linens.
