"The room was small but very clean and functional with a small balcony facing the harbor. The staff were great. Being a historical building it did not have elevators, but porters did all the transport of our luggage to and from the room and even to and from the ferry."

"We absolutely loved our room as we had a water view. The weather was so nice that we slept with the windows open and surprisingly the night life was not loud even though we were in the Main Street to shopping and bars/grills. "Worst stay ever. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the heater was not working properly. Despite the cold weather, the room never got warm enough, making the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the shower curtain and curtain rod were already broken when we arrived, which showed a lack of maintenance and attention to basic room upkeep. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort and cleanliness. I would not stay here again."

We stayed at the budget inn and they make it very clear through the booking and on the lobby door of the budget inn that you checkin/out at the Thunderbird Inn next door.
