"Upgraded at last minute to penthouse. Unfortunately the milk had gone off in the fridge and ice tray wasn’t clean, but they hadn’t expected occupancy.Wine and soft drinks very well received but it would have been nice to have had still not sparkling water. King size bed was really comfortable and clean. All rooms impressive apart from chairs at dinning table (little shabby) and no battery in clock in mantel piece. Overall good experience and so glad l upgraded to a much bigger suite."

"I spent 3 nights in the bear hotel, hotel is old and just what I was expecting, food was great and reasonable prices room and bed was clean staff were fantastic and I would definitely recommend it and I would stay again, definitely not 5 stars but did the job for me and my son visiting the goodwood festival of speed . Free parking and reasonable prices for drinks at the bar."
