"We had a nice little stay, used the waterpark and pool for a couple of hours, had a bbq sausage sizzle, played on the flying fox and saw a koala. Staff were friendly enough. Cafe prices seemed a bit high. Parking was a bit tight if you have a medium to large car."

"This was the second time I stayed at Harbour quays. The first time was great but this 2nd time was terrible.
Both times were for international sports competition so sleep is very important. That is the reason I booked a 2 bedroom apartment both times. The first time I got a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for us with 2 proper bedrooms in a quiet building.
The 2nd time we got an apartment and it was only one bedroom with a second sleeping area that was part of the lounge. It had a weird...

"The room was set up in a bizarre way with a large number of lights in the internal stair being permanently on throughout the night. I presume this was because of safety as the stair, while only 1 step, was 10m wide. This meant the room was lit up like a Xmas tree. It explains why eye masks were provided but here we are in the rainforest and the room is lit. Very annoying."

"We love staying at the Q1, it’s our favourite place at Surfers - the apartments are beautiful and spacious and the pool area is incredible. The gym facilities let it down a bit. The staff are excellent, we had an issue with a fridge that the previous people had poorly stored fish in both the fridge and freezer parts and every time we opened the doors the smell was horrendous. Not only did a member of housekeeping come up and scrub the fridge for us at 9pm, the next day when they heard the smell...
