The property is in a calm area, surrounded by restaurants easy toreach wether by car or walking. The rooms are comfortable and well designed.

狭いが清潔感はあるので、一見すれば妥当なホテル。ただし、アメニティ系は何もなく、HPで貸出制となっているドライヤーですらフロントに聞いても「無い」の一言… 部屋にはフロント連絡用の電話すら無くてリクエストは全てフロントを訪ねる必要がある等、設備の充実が必要なホテル。

Small, too small!! It was marked as wheelchairs accessible. If my father would have come we would have been in big trouble! The queen bed is on 2 sides against the wall, the single folds down out of the closet against the foot of the bed locking the one person in on all 4 sides: no going to the bathroom during the night! The entrance and bathroom would not have be adequate for him either. Nothing to hold on to. Tiny table with 1 chair at the foot of the third bed. Clean, new, friendly but one step too farin small room. We had more room in our 16ft camping trailer!!

We’ve stayed here many times. Very basic, but a great value if you just want a clean room and good night of sleep.

A basic but complete hotel for a very.good price. This hotel has AC. Security to the building is better then expected.

There were several different concierges on duty during my stay. Each was extremely welcoming… and super helpful. I was traveling with two dogs and they were as warm, Welcoming and friendly to them as they were to me. I was really able to relax there… and after a long work day, that was greatly appreciated.

Hotel was overall superb, but parking kind of outrages. 25 euro for 1 day parking, actually less then a day (about 20 hrs.)

Everything was great, except that we had breakfast and we asked whether we could have more scrambled eggs since it was all gone. They said they'll make some more, we waited, but it never came and we had to go due to our schedule. Other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you!

No outside space on the upper floors to go to for a smoke, was annoying. Staff were superb, parking was crowded and difficult as I have a very large van, but otherwise very clean with great staff.

Great stay in Ibis in Stein
Very good value for money. Clean, lovely staff. About 20 min to Maastricht via cab. Lovely forest opposite, boating lake, animals, children play park, swimming pool and great bar/restaurant in the woods. Would stay Ibis in Stein again.

Perfect budget hotel with quality above average
I arrived late in the evening and checked-in at dinner time. After returning I figured out the TV was not working because someone forgot to activate it. Unfortunately the night shift personnel was not able to help and I actually got annoyed because he told me it was my fault because I hadn't seen it immediately. But that was the only negative part. The regular shift personnel are highly professional and they are fast solving all the issues we might have. The canteen is perfect and I do give full marks for the great breakfasts I had and for the convenient and cheap vending machines. If we have our own food we can use the microwave oven, dishes, cutlery and glasses. It is the best budget hotel I ever had the opportunity to visit.

Nice friendly hotel.
Nice hotel, great staff and very clean. Breakfast is available as are snacks throughout thye day. The hotel is on the edge of the town but there is a restaurant across the road. You can walk into the centre of Stein in 20 minutes and there are a number of restaurants there. The Luna give a 10% discount for hotel guests.

Christmas break
