"A very comfortable stay in a clean, spacious, beautifully furnished room.
Super comfy bed, great bathroom facilities and A/C option.
Full English cooked breakfast, coffee, tea and juices.
Staff are so pleasant, helpful and polite.
Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings, plenty of parking too. "

"The spa is the only thing that saves this hotel as without it it would be a very poor hotel. Rooms are very dated, our bed was like a camp bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast in Sage took an hour to be served and it wasn’t even busy. Give staying guests at least the option to go get yoghurt and pastries etc. while they wait for the breakfast cooked meal, having to wait for everything to be served is really old hat these days. "We had a ground floor room in flint cottage. The property lacked soundproofing as we were disturbed by the people in the room above us. The food was ok but if you are going to charge premium prices you need to use much better quality food."
