"Nice clean & spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great room with mini-fridge & microwave. The room was a tad bit too warm & you couldn't adjust/control the room temperature. It would be nice to include tea bags with the coffee maker."

"I stayed for 2 nights and at the end of my stay I noticed some itchy bug bites throughout my body. After getting home, I saw a local provider who determined it was bed bug bites. I called the hotel to let them know and seek some compensation and was denied, which they claimed that I had gotten them from bringing out my luggage at gas stations. "The rooms are good ,well designed and decent size. Staff are friendly but we smelled cigar smell in the reception from staff. AC sound is loud in the night and can hear noise from the other rooms."

"Overall great experience - with that said their computer system wasnt working right. I was charged for the room twice (over and above the already charged payment from Expedia) and also a $100 security deposit. I brought it up the next day and it was immediately corrected. "Very historical feeling, but also very elegant and updated and comfortable. Fantastic bed. Stylish lighting and accessories good. Shower was fancy. Pool was unique with statue and columns. Weight room had free weights. Breakfast was not free, but the town is fantastic for finding food options. Walking shop strip district 2 blocks away very worth a visit. Excellent experience."

"My only comment is that I forget we now have to request our room be made up. For a two night stay, I don’t need clean linens, but it would have been nice to have the bed made and the towels folded. I’ll have to remember to make that request in the future. All staff were very nice."
