"I stayed 2 nights 2 years ago and paid $25 total for both nights for my small dog. Last year i was told they were not charging anymore for pets. This year they charged me $25 for both nights total $50. The carpet in my room was filthy. The carpet on the staircase was so badly worn it was frayed and sticking up on the steps which is a tripping hazard. "

"The outdoor pool was green and not maintained. It was the beginning of May so it should have been ready for use. The shower curtain in the room was too short so water leaked out with every shower. The A/C unit sounded like a dying animal when the compressor kicked on making sleep difficult. I’ll be staying somewhere else from now on!"

The inside of the room was also full of debris, hair in the towel and dark stains on the bedding. The inside appliances also seemed to be falling apart including rust on the fridge. The bathroom had seen better days. The bathtub was in poor condition with chips in the plaster all over the tub, mold all...

"We actually picked this hotel specifically for the outdoor pool. When we got there early we could not check early on a late Monday morning and we were NOT informed that the pool was empty and not available to use via the website nor when we checked in. Our entire party was very disappointed. Also the A/C unit was unusually loud and the room was very humid the entire time. "
