"Hotel Allegra was a wonderful place to stay for our one night in Zurich to fly back home after a trip to Switzerland, France, and Germany. The family rooms were huge and able to accomidate our 5. The rooms were clean and the water was hot and plentyful. The proximity to the airport was great (5 min). Sadly the tram was closed, but the uber was quick. "The hotel is close to the airport but was so quiet. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very efficient. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast is exceptional. An Aldi grocery store is about a 10 minute walk away. The air conditioning was not very effective in our room. The carpet in the room, while clean, showed wear and tear. Overall a very good experience."

"Stayed here the night before our flight out of Zurich airport so we appreciated the very close distance to the airport. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. "The price of the room was good at < 100 CHF. However, I was charged an extra 20 CHF for parking. The bed and shower were clean but the walls were dirty. The shower doesn’t have a door and that resulted in water all throughout the bathroom. I’d stay here again but they might want to consider repainting the rooms and including parking."
