"This is an excellent hotel. The location is fabulous, super close to everything. The rooms are beautiful, bed big and extremely comfortable and location is quiet although close to everything. Breakfast is great, good choice and quality. Staff very polite and helpful. Offside parking just a short walk, perfect to stretch yourself and dog. The executive double has a bath, great, the lovely Rituals aren't as accessible but easy to work around. The coffee machine in reception is nice, be careful, cups are machine size and when full to brim need two cups to hold, and unlike me, don't take a sip to try and reduce volume unless you are prepared for burnt mouth. Overall highly recommended this hotel."

"Very pleasant helpful staff. Breakfast is nice. However no sauces so tasted bland that is however my own personal preference. However on our last day we asked for sauce and they gave us some. So always ask they are happy to oblige"

"Nice, recently renovated, clean rooms. Clever use of space with the bunk beds above the main beds for the kids. Great shower and WC. Great access to Snowworld and the slopes! Very enjoyable stay."

"Really well situated 2 minutes from the railway station. 4 minutes from centre of the old town. Carpark easy to get into right at the side of the hotel. Tea and coffee in the room.Staff were really helpful."
