The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "The property was very clean in the rooms but the veranda was really dirty and dusty it looked like it had never been cleaned the bed was really clean and comfortable and it had a massive TV in the room and some exercise things too. The bathroom was clean and towels were lovely and with toiletries provide it was a bit far from train station to walk but the bus stop was nearby as it was a bit expensive to use taxis. They had lots of outdoor space to eat and drink as you were next to the Caversham bridge where you could get a boat ride it had lots of things going on inside the hotel a gym,swimming pool, sauna and steam room and jacuzzi. There was good air conditioning in the room due the the really hot weather a good coffee maker was also in the room it was a bit exspensive as there wasn’t any breakfast included but all in all a wonderful stay"
