"Pre disappointed w the room; walls had a lot of scuffs, stains on the carpet, tears in the curtains. After the cleaning, empty toilet rolls (which weren’t empty when we left the room) were left in the sink; don’t mind if staff used the bathroom but clean up after yourselves?
