"The check in process set the scene for the beginning of our stay at Frigner. The check in process was farcical with lots of groups of people all trying to check in & the machine wasn't working. At one point the police pulled up as there were so many people milling about on the pavement with their suitcases. It took an hour and about 4 phone calls to gain access to the property. "The location is great but the check in process is not easy. You need to go to their reception which is quite far from the apartment to check in and get the keys. It was another 15 mi Ute walk with my suitcase to the apartment. The keys were not ready at check in time and I had to wait to get the keys.
