"The junior suite was the perfect size for our family of four, and the walk-in closet was a huge bonus. Breakfast was included and offered plenty of options, with good-quality food. We booked the airport pickup through the company recommended by the hotel, but found it significantly more expensive than other options. For our return trip to the airport, we pre-booked an Uber Van, which was more economical. We’d stay here again!"

"Lovely hotel, room was comfortable with all amenities you could need. The spa was very nice and a little getaway inside Florence. We were able to book the Spa and have it for ourselves even in the middle of summer. Breakfast and pool are great. We opted to use the bikes they provide to get to town, the hotel is right on a bike path and it is a straight shot to get to the city center. Great location but still far enough that it is quiet, and we had wonderful little sunset bike rides into town by the river. Highly recommend the staff are wonderful."
