"The bathroom was not clean..it was hair in the shower...the screen was broken on the window..it was tiles coming up off the floor as you get off the elevator...the staff was amazing from Victoria the manager to the night lady and even the next morning guy was great...hands down your staff was excellent and I work in the hotel industry...so I know...Thankyou to all of them...but the cleaning was not good...need work in that area..."

Guy that checked me in as not as pleasant as the older gentleman that did the check out . Breakfast was included when I booked Expedia but at the was told it was 13.00 per person . Not expected . "
