"Great stay"

"Spark was in a great location for our venue we attended. Our room and the entire hotel was very well planned. The only negative for my stay was the breakfast selections. I would have liked to have seen a warm protein selection of eggs and meats and a pancake or waffle choice. Boiled eggs, bagels and muffins were offered and toasters were available. "Tub needs repaced due to rust and the shower curtain was moldy. Otherwise the stay was fine."

"Great hotel on the OSU campus. Nice rooms and comfy beds. The breakfast bar was hot and fresh with lots of choices. Parking is $16 per night unless you are there for a campus tour."

"Room - sliding door was off hinges had to put back on. Staff she was EXCELLENT Breakfast - MORE people than FOOD! i didn't' even wait to eat! It was too hot to sit in pool area, so i sat outside of the window there to watch my grand daughters swim. All in all I didn't NOT think this was worth the $$$ at all. But my son booked this room. We WON'T be back! But the girl at front desk SHE WAS EXCELLENT ....."

"I was afraid to take off my shoes. I was on the 2nd floor and when I crossed the threshold my foot sunk just slightly. Thought I might end up stuck in the floor like Tom Hanks. I left and went somewhere safer, cleaner and structurally sound."

"There were trains blowing their whistles every hour or two throughout the night. Whenever I went to the front desk, there was no one there and I had to wait for them. They were helpful once they got back from wherever they were. Breakfast was ok, but pancake maker didn't cook the pancakes completely. Mine was the first of the day so maybe that's why. I would pick a different location and hotel if I'm back in the area due to the trains "

"The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was terrible. Breakfast was to start at 6, I arrived at 0630. No coffee or milk,just juice in the machine. A spoonful of egg,some cold sausage, week old biscuits with what appeared tobe flour and water gravy. Around 0700 a disheveled man in pajamas appeared with coffee, milk and more eggs. We left and found breakfast elsewhere. All this time,there was no one at the desk to complain to."

"March 29 We got to the room 404 and our tv would not work, the phone would not work so I went down to the front desk the man working came back up to look at it he got another cable and fixed it the phone wasn’t working due to an issue with the company he said ! Also he did let me know the ice maker on our floor wasn’t working so I got ice on the first floor ! I was very impressed with his service!
