"The hotel was perfect for our short stay. The room was extremely clean and nicely updated. The pool was as beautiful as pictured, perfectly maintained and wonderful for our children 4 and 9. We met several friendly guests most were families with similar age children which was comforting and fun. It was a great time and we will be booing with the Crystal Palace in the future!"

"Our room was clean but old. The baseboards were missing, wall paper was torn, curtains were wrinkled and the shower floor was corroded. We were woken up at 8:00 a.m. with loud banging on the roof continued for about 1 hour, no warning. Parking was overcrowded had to park on the curb."

"This was easily one of the worst hotel rooms I've stayed in. The property appeared old, neglected, and poorly maintained. When we arrived, our room was missing basic amenities—there were no bath towels, a huge stain on the floor that could have been a blood stain, water damage to the ceilings, black around the toilet, no shower curtain, and no hair dryer. We even found a spider in the bathroom, which did nothing to inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the room or the bed sheets. The...

"Everything was just perfect. Breakfast was very good, the social hour was very nice and we got to meet other guests. The room was spacious. Bathtub/shower wasn't so comfortable but we stayed just 1 night before the cruise so it wasn’t so bad."
