Østmarka Wilderness Area hotel guide. Thon Hotels hotel in Østmarka Wilderness Area, Akershus

We loved our stay at the well. So relaxing and really embraced the digital detox. Would encourage anyone to try out the sauna experiences on offer. Breakfast is great, the food/drinks in general are nice if a bit pricey. If concerned about the nude spa please don’t be they have swimwear and cover ups that can use, although this does carry cost. Overall a great stay, one thing to note is that If like us your flying in to Oslo TORP transport is expensive. The train is fairly easy but then need...

Great for exploring the countryside and Oslo! Lovely hotel and grounds where we enjoyed making our own waffles for breakfast, the games room- but canoeing most of all! Not sure if some staff are snooty or that is the Norwegian way 😂

Staff were amazing & friendly, and the free breakfast was incredible

Lovely hotel with a fantastic breakfast.

Staff super, friendly and welcoming. The hotel smells gorgeous. Cocktail bar friendly and smart, great host. Wonderful shower room. Such a comfy bed….

food at the restaurant was excellent

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. No sit down breakfast but reception sells drinks and breakfast bags - we got breakfast nearby - lots of options.

As far as my stay in this hotel from the 14th to the 22nd of July this year is concerned, for which I have booked two rooms, everything in the hotel was excellent. Location is excellent and there are lots of shopping malls around, convenient public transport. The elevators were incredible. Staff were very friendly and the hotel design itself was absolutely amazing and luxurious, I have never before seen such a thing. I cannot describe how much I enjoyed the restaurant and the morning breakfast,...

Everything was good but the tv by the sofa bed didn’t work but other than that everything was okay

The hotel was in an ideal location so it was really easy to explore Oslo. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of options to choose from. The room was small but great for a city break as we were out exploring more than spending time in the room. We would definitely recommend especially as it is so close to the train station which has a direct train to the airport.
