"Staff is friendly and helpful. The property is extremely run down and the rooms are covered in mold, stains and exposed nails. I had to sign a waiver saying I wouldn’t smoke in the room and if I did it was a $250 charge. When we walked into our first room wreaked of smoke, there were holes all over both comforters where someone had been smoking in the room and ashing their cigarettes. "It’s a typical inn—nothing more, nothing less. To be honest, I haven’t stayed at an inn in quite a while, so maybe this is standard now.
