Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. 3 night stay; booked a queen bedded room as wanted a bigger room. Room still very small and requested a move to a king. This was provided at small cost and was much better. Staff very willing to help including printing documents.

A lovely boutique hotel in the upscale shopping area of Stockholm. My king room with balcony was beautiful with chic details like wooden floors, designer lamps and hangers and Grown Alchemist products in the bathroom. The staff is also worth a mention, very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location near many amenities. However, if you want to sleep before 1 a.m. when the bar downstairs closes, you should stay elsewhere. The staff was very responsive to us and said they asked the for the music to be turned down and gave us earplugs, but ask to be in a room away from the bar if you want to stay here.

The front desk staff and restaurant staff were friendly helpful and overall excellent. Rooms could use a table or something to put things on. Rooms were extremely hot and stuffy but luckily we could open the windows at night

Excellent location in the City

Excellent location, 3 minutes walk from the Metro station, which is a station after the central station. They make room every day and do an excellent jo. Hotel is on top of a bar, which can be noisy in the corridor but fine inside the room. The breakfast is ok but the entire room is dark like nightclub.
