"Had a crazy experience with a psycho neighbor, but other than that, this hotel is pretty relaxed, but the front desk staff is definitely amazing when it comes to customer service"

"The room and accomodations were great. Only issue is if you plan to have a late night, parking can be a pain."
Best Western Galt Inn

"We arrived early in the evening to a wonderful receptionist named Paulina who was the first interactive impression we had, and she was great. She was welcoming, informative, conversational and friendly and honestly after a 7 hour drive she was a breath of fresh air. When we walked into our room it was already cool (mid 90's outside during the day), the presentation was crisp and organized, the beds were nicely made and welcoming, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. My wife and I used to be housekeepers at a resort so we know what a clean room looks like, and we give major kudos to the housekeepers working here, they know what they're doing! Breakfast the next day included an impressive array of options, and during our 4 day stay we learned that every day they offer different options which was so nice for variety. There's literally something for everyone at breakfast, and seating was super comfortable! I'd like to note that the coffee offered in the room was great, not the cheap stuff at most hotels. The fridge stayed cool and freezer kept things frozen. And the noise was minimal, the walls are definitely insulated well. We stayed here for the Aftershock event and we plan on going back to this hotel next year, thank you Best Western Galt Inn for a relaxing, well maintained experience!!!"

"New and clean but incredibly sparse. Items that are usually standard (eg glasses in room, coffee maker, iron and ironing board) have to be purchased/rented or checked out at front desk"
