"If you’re disabled or just an older guest beware the rooms have not been reviewed by an appropriate person. I found the bathroom a death trap. No grab rails in the shower but the worst was the slippery floor in the toilet with nothing to grab onto when struggling to arise from the toilet. My husband had to help me but not before on making an attempt my feet slipped and I finished up with a nasty fall and a now painful back.
At 2am I had to ring reception I was frozen- the radiator didn’t work...

"I can highly recommend this hotel. It is clean and in great condition.
The staff are brilliant and the lovely lady on reception made us feel so welcome.
Breakfast was fantastic and I would say it’s the nicest hotel we have stayed at in a long time 😊"

"Checked in and advised last orders for food in the bar was 19:00 so went down at 18:45 ordered a drink and then got totally ignored by the 2 members of staff for about 10 minutes and was then advised that they would not be able to serve any further food so ended having to go to a local pub.
In the room the central light fitting over the bed was that low that the top of the lampshades was below eye level, it was that low that if you sat on the bed you could not see the TV. For some reason they...
