"Henry was our waiter at breakfast and he did a great job. Our pool attendant was fantastic! Fast and attentive. I wish I knew her name. Short black hair with charisma. The muffins at dinner had long hairs in them. And the housekeeper attempted to enter our room regardless of the privacy notice on the door. Thank goodness we had the security lock on. The gift shop employees and manager were fun to engage with. And we enjoyed the flute and pianist."

"The room was large and so was the cockaroach waiting to greet us! There were a bunch of other small bugs in the shower but they did not bother us. The mirrors were streaky and they need to start using clorox magic wands to clean the toilet. We wanted coffee Saturday morning but the barista did not show up. The pool area is rarely cleaned, dirty towels all over the place. The beds are super cozy and the AC works well. Probably would not come back."

"I liked the orientation of the room. Unfortunately we were situated on the bottom floor next to the swimming pool. The pool pump cycled every few moments. The vibration and noise made it impossible to sleep. I requested to be moved to another room but was told there was none available. I went down for coffee at 6 am and spoke with a different clerk than the one that had told me nothing was available. She told me a room was available upstairs and my wife and I immediately moved. "Outside looked a little dirty and skeptical, but it look like some work was being done so I gave them the benefit of the doubt we’re going into the room. It looked nice, but after they’re actually analyzing and walking around the bathtub have shoe prints in them. "I specifically stayed here for the kitchen, they also have extra kitchen appliances on hand if needed. I used their blender. Room similar to a studio, spacious, all essentials necessary and overall decent size. The staff was helpful. The hotel offers a Laundry room and a well equipped gym. Only downside is encountered was the gazebo area. We couldn't get in to grill, our key wasn't working, plus it gas just rained so the key locks were off.
