"The staff were lovely, but the cleaning staff didn't seem to want to refill the cup supply or the ice bags, and I was there a week and a half. The room's carpet was gross, the ice machine on the 3rd flr was broken (how hard is it to get that fixed?) and the breakfasts were okay.
