We talked with some relatives in the area and explained the situation with the room and they extended an invitation to stay with them. "The pool and hot tub were both empty.and unavailable. The WiFi was extremely slow. The mattress was sooooo hard. Staff was sooo nice and friendly!"

"We only stayed for one night. The jets in the whirlpool didn't work. The outside door to the building wouldn't open with your key card. The soda machine took our money, gave us change, but the bottle didn't come out. But we got refunded from the front desk and a bottle of water. Otherwise everything seemed fine. The bed was great, so that makes up for some of the other issues. The staff was really helpful and polite."
