"Staff when I checked in didn't speak loud enough to hear and mumbled. Didn't help that English was a second language.
Put me in a room on the third floor, no towels in the room anywhere. Went back to the front desk to ask for towels and he mumbled something again. About an hour later, cleaning staff gave me more towels that I could use.
Next morning I went to the car and came back - the room key didn't work.
Had to go to the front office again to get it reset with the excuse "Sometimes it does...

"The building was not well maintained especially on the outside. The pool was not filled and what water was there was green. There was trash all around the building which didn’t seem to get picked up. We were in a non-smoking room, but a few doors down from a smoking room and it was horrible.
