"The hotel was picked as it was close to the mall and particularly Kidzania. Literally just crossed Dillard's parking lot and had access to a great mall with several stores and attractions. The room as clean, the staff @ front desk was extremely friendly and with great recommendations. Our room was clean, had big fridge, dishwasher, TV, 2 complimentary waters. If ever in Dallas will be back!"

"The location of this Hotel was excellent, a few minutes away from the mall, restaurants, and other entertainment. The staff was nice and accommodating. However, the shower in our room was pathetic with no water pressure, so I didn't get to enjoy the shower. Also, the elevator buttons were not working, and at one point, we had to walk up one floor to use the elevator for the upper floors. Overall it was a good experience"

"Check in great. However, there are no microwaves in the rooms to reheat food or drinks. The electricity went out twice. The water pressure is not existent in the shower. The soaps that they provide do not smell great for a feminine person. The big issue was, that some parents were not in charge of their children, or even present when looked for. The unattended, were banging on and throwing things at doors for hours. Which brings me to the elevator issue. Only one of the elevators was working....

"I recently stayed at the Cambria Hotel and found the property itself to be clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous during most interactions. Unfortunately, there were several operational issues that impacted the overall experience. My reservation was entered incorrectly, and multiple colleagues traveling with me experienced similar problems. Guests who had booked one-night stays were showing as two-night reservations, while my two-night reservation was reflected...
