"The hotel was picked as it was close to the mall and particularly Kidzania. Literally just crossed Dillard's parking lot and had access to a great mall with several stores and attractions. The room as clean, the staff @ front desk was extremely friendly and with great recommendations. Our room was clean, had big fridge, dishwasher, TV, 2 complimentary waters. If ever in Dallas will be back!"

"Great clean rooms with sleek aesthetics. Awesome location nestled in a bright urban residential apartment community. Great staff. Plan for off site street parking (which can be a block or two away), or to use their valet."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was my first but definitely won’t be the last. The lovely gentlemen working on the afternoon and evening of June 20th were super friendly and gave A+ customer service. The room was spotless and with the weather being humid the air conditioning was also too notch. The coolness of the room was extremely inviting and much appreciated after being outside all evening. The location was perfect and near so many restaurants and shopping areas. Cannot wait to come back...

"The location of this Hotel was excellent, a few minutes away from the mall, restaurants, and other entertainment. The staff was nice and accommodating. However, the shower in our room was pathetic with no water pressure, so I didn't get to enjoy the shower. Also, the elevator buttons were not working, and at one point, we had to walk up one floor to use the elevator for the upper floors. Overall it was a good experience"

"Breakfast was very basic. Would not recommend breakfast here. The rooms are a bit small. Did not like the hardwood floors. On the second day while it rained, the rain seeped through the lobby and staff had to place buckets in the lobby. The internet went out during the second night. The shower sucked! It never got hot. You had to turn the water on for a long time and then it would get warm. When we called and informed the front desk they said they would reset the breaker, there was no...

"Found roaches in the fridge and the shower did not work. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Inconvenience to move rooms with little mobility. Was not aware that I would be charged for parking."
