"Great front desk check in and super prompt considering when we arrived there was a line from a bus arrival that was checking in. The assistant manager and another employee were working rapidly to get us all in. The evening reception was great and was happy we didn’t have to leave to get dinner. We loved the pasta and granddaughter loved the nachos and hot dog. Breakfast the next morning was great to and again great we didn’t have to go searching for food. Love the convenience."

"I stayed at this hotel from July 29 to July 31 while visiting Universal. I had reserved a King bed, but when I arrived, I was told there were no King rooms available. When I checked out on July 31 and went to get my car, I discovered it had been stolen from the hotel parking lot. The hotel staff did help the police by providing security camera footage, but throughout the process they made it clear they were not responsible for vehicles in the parking lot, and there are signs posted everywhere...
