The staff in the gold lounge, Rolley,Pascoal, Vitoria and Alysha go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant..all parts of the hotel in and out are kept in tiptop condition. The location is perfect only a 5 minute walk into Hamilton and the view of the bay is gorgeous."

"Room was fine. The staff was outstanding. We were forced to register very late in the evening due to unforeseen circumstances and they took care of our party of four. Restaurant staff was excellent as well as was the food. We’ll definitely return to Coco Reef upon our next visit in March."

Hotel storage of packets containing napkin, sugar, creamer and straw needs to be reviewed, because there were frequently small black ants inside the supposedly sealed packets! Otherwise, an excellent stay, so I'm trying to be helpful."

"This is our 2nd stay at the club. We stayed in poolview cottage 19. We love having an entire cottage to ourselves. They have a full kitchen and all of the dishes and utensils one would need to prepare meals. Our cottage was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We love visiting St. George. Wahoo’s Restaurant is a family favorite! "

"Everything was immaculate. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They couldn't be more attentive all around the facility from the main desk to the beach crew and the maid service. They gave us a great upgrade and a later checkout because our flight didn't leave until 3:30 pm. Amenities were excellent.
