"The hotel is well situated for the local attractions particularly Tre Cime. The rooms are large (almost too big) but quite basic. The en-suite bathroom by comparison was very small and not well maintained. Our shower head didn’t stay attached to the holder making it hard to use. The hair dryer would only work for about 30 seconds before overheating and stopping which drove my partner mad. The four course dinner was ok. Nothing special but decent for 45 euros each. "Herzlicher Empfang. Frühstück hervorragend, leider oft zu wenig Tassen für Tee oder Cappuccino. Toller Ausblick Richtung Pelmo und Villanova. Sehr nettes Team beim Frühstück und im Restaurant. Halbpension lohnt sich, Essen sehr lecker und zwischen mehreren Gerichten wählbar. Das Zimmer war für uns - 3 Erwachsene - groß genug. Die Dusche ebenerdig. Und bei geschlossenem Fenster war das Zimmer ruhig. Leider waren wir grad bei der Hitzewelle da und da war es bei geöffnetem Fenster luftig aber...

"The hotel has the potential to be GRAND: the rooms and common areas are spacious and comfortable, however perhaps for lack of staff during the summer season, their half-board service was slow without a wine list. That said, the staff that was there were AMAZING and hard-working to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The free access to the spa rooms/sauna was appreciated and relaxing."

"Der Empfang war freundlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön. Etwas getrübt wurde der gute Gesamteindruck durch den Umstand, dass wir weder im Restaurant speisen noch irgendein Getränk an der Bar erhalten konnten, mit der Begründung, man müsse sich um eine Reisegruppe kümmern.
