"Welcoming staff, spacious rooms. Coffee maker is kergig k-cup and i always prefer this because you can bring your own favorite coffee pods"

"The room was spacious. There was a mini fridge, no freezer. There were receptacles for charging your cell phone. They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the tub area. No makeup remover or shower cap, but I didn't ask for them. May have an iron at the front but not sure. Staff was friendly. No break"

"Everything was great - the staff, restaurant, parking, room etc but we were located just off the elevator foyer and the ice machine-beverage machine had a very loud hum that was a little annoying, and the heater in the room was noisy :), but overall, it was a great stay and will again."

"Unpon arrival we thought it might be a questionable stay they had been renovating the rooms. We found the rooms clean and updated. We slept well. 95$ per night and the staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"Stayed in room 101 10/10 would not recommend, on a weekend anyways, the bass from the bar rattled the windows until 2am and the door to the hallway was opened and closed loudly all night. My phone on full sound and the air conditioner on full blast did not drown out the noise"

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had appointments at St Boniface hospital and it is walking distance to that. I was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in the room. I had leftover from my lunch meal and I had to take it down to he front desk for them to heat. When I asked the girl why there wasn't a microwave she said that they offer 2 restaurants so she didn't see the need for microwaves. I'm not a fan of the rainhead shower which is what they have but that's just a...

"We love this hotel! It feels smaller and very service oriented. The staff were amazing! The Gold service was absolutely excellent with a wonderful breakfast each day and friendly and professional Concierge. The location of the Fairmont Winnipeg is also perfect for all sorts of walking or exploring cafes, bars and restaurants in the Exchange District. Love it!"

"we were initially put into their worst room im sure. it had torn curtains, dirty floors, workmen tools in the bathroom and wood dust even on the toilet seat, dusty shoe prints on the seat bench, peeled desk-chair, dried spill marks on furniture, gum on sofa... it was unbelievable! i was so upset. My husband spoke with them and they instantly apologized and gave us a very clean room with none of the problems. i felt very disrespected and profiled (I am African-Canadian). "

"Room was clean, staff friendly, breakfast was alright, some dishes were empty when we got there and were still empty 15 minutes later. Parking was fine except I don’t believe we should have to pay for parking!! You spend an outrageous amount on the room, parking should not be an extra charge!!"
