There were broken TVs, empty boxes, and wall trim all over the hallway, including blocking the door to one of our rooms. Parts of the bathroom hardware, cabinet hardware, and other trim were broken. Carpets were stained and disgusting. Our keycards stopped working after about 12 hours. Staff never asked if they could help with the inconveniences or even apologized for the problems with our stay. Really unfortunate we had to spend two nights there."
