upon checking in the front desk never welcomed us he gave us our key and sent us upstairs into a room than was already occupied went back down for another key no apologizes than gave us a room that had 1 bed vrs to the 2 beds we had booked shower floor was dirty with stains , hairs and broken tiles ...
