"The staff was great. The room was so dirty including urine all over the toilet. We were moved to a cleaner room. The floors in the lobby looked like they were mopped with dirty water. I’m sad to say that on this trip the theme for Hampton properties seems to be the same. Under staffed, not very clean, and the property just isn’t maintained. Hope they can fix the situation!!"

"Stayed here one night while traveling. We arrived late from a day of driving and we were tired. When we arrived we were told that the room we booked was not available ( I booked a room with 2 queen beds) but to be fair the front desk said they tried to call me to to let me know but the phone number was not correct. We were given a king room with a pull out bed. The front deskperson was very nice. The property was fine, could use a little updating and cleaning. When we arrived to our room,and...

"Older property. Room okay, bathroom could have been cleaner. Breakfast was okay but the waffles had a weird taste and couldn't finish them. It was a bed and a shower on a road trip, nothing more. It did the trick. Nice people."

"Very clean, good location, easy check in, spacious room. There is no closet, the walls are paper thin so it gets very noisy especially late at night. Breakfast buffet not great. Staff at check in told us we could leave at 2:00 next day instead of 11:00 but when i asked another member of the staff the next day she told me the latest is 1:30 then that the latest is 1:00. Got to our room at 11:02 and the key cards were already not working. Not very organized but we had an ok stay, nothing major."
