"Good location for train/metro connections. We had a view overlooking the water.Staff very friendly at reception Overall a very pleasant experience."

" Room was well designed and all fixtures and fittings worked well. Small things like plenty hooks on walls appreciated. Chairs unupholstered and not very comfy Room not cleaned when we left 'Clean Room' tab on door. Recep said we should have asked thru recep. B'fast great and in-house Bistro also."
