Hotel dekat Storm Lake

"The food was very good! Clean property staff was friendly. I plan to stay there every time I visit! Perfect stay..,,"

"we stayed there last night. The room was awesome. Breakfast was not great. Waffles was the best hot food option. The staff was friendly enough. The parking garage was full and a few people where double parked. It was my understanding that wasnt tolerated. As a result we had to park on the street. Our car was broken into and we lost about 200 bucks worth of crochet hooks and yarn. The parking situation is inadequate and dangerous. I think more people would find accommodations elsewhere since...

"Mattress springs on one side of the bed was broken."

"Staff was very friendly.. we had 2 dogs with us and had no issues at all. We would definitely stay there again"

"The kids had a good time in the pool. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. The hotel ready for new beds. It felt like sleeping in someone else’s spot."

"The jetted tub was awesome!"

"Was a good stay. Adequate breakfast. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Plenty of pillows and Lenin."

"Owner/Manager refused to refund me a $50 deposit because the room smelled bad and pillow case was removed from the pillow, which she said was "stained & damaged". Which is considered as the room being "trashed" according to their policy. Owner enterupted me during the phone call several times and was rude. I was given a wrong room with a single bad when I arrived, and had to ask for a 2 bed like I booked online. Poor room service, poor costumer service, and rude owners. During my 2 night stay,...

"Overpriced underwhelming"

"I traveled from eastern Washington with my 3 month old, 10 year old, 12 year old, and 14 year old so they could all say their goodbyes and spend time with their uncle who was just put on hospice. We checked in pretty late and upon checking in and getting to our room, my 12 year old had noticed a "big black bug" that had crawled behind a pillow. I checked behind the pillow and between the mattress and the wall and seen 4-5 cockroaches. I immediately grabbed my 3 month old son off the bed and told...

"Works if you want to spend the night to go to the angel of the winds arena. No where close to luxury or cleanish, but again I knew this going in."

"Couldn't lock the room from the inside. Didn't feel safe there. Bathroom was extremely small. Reserved a king got 2 queens."

"Helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast."

"Completely remodeled home. All modern appliances and comfortable furnishings. Silent kitchen aide dishwasher. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms were beautiful with great walk in shower in Master bedroom. Short and narrow driveway with impacted visibility due to an evergreen tree. Alternatively parked in rear off alley."
