Primary reason is that it's very close to the Arena. Room is clean and have all the basic things like AC, fridge, microwave. The downside is we found 4-5 flies, don't know where they come from. Also, no breakfast included.

The motel was conveniently located to the delights attractions and sights of Everett which in fairness are limited. The motel was exactly what one would expect of a roadside motel everting worked just fine with the limited expectations. The reception process was just fine the lad could of been a little more upbeat and welcoming but no real issues there. Parking was easy the bottles of water provided in the room welcome and a nice touch. The room and bathroom were both functional and clean again everything worked as one would expect. There are bars and restaurants within a 15-20 stroll with a local bar just across the street which is a good place for a nightcap. All in all just fine however be advised the road noise is quite intrusive and starts early in the morning.

This motel is amazing! My family and I stay here often and have never had any problems. The staff is incredibly friendly and even gave my son an upgraded room for his birthday. I will not stay anywhere else in Everett.

Room was clean but needs lots of updating. Everything was very old and just needs some renovations to feel more comfortable. Staff was great and accommodating. Convenient for where we had to go.

Room was relatively clean and comfortable. There was lots of space to either side of the bed, but the foot of the bed was very near the cabinets. With limited mobility, I couldn't get the walker past the bed so I was forced to hop and/or crawl to the bathroom.

The staff here are wonderful—friendly and accommodating. The hotel is older but very clean, and for the price it offers good value. The location is excellent, especially if you’re heading to Angel of the Winds Arena, which is just a short walk away. You’ll also find plenty of amenities nearby, like QFC, McDonald’s, coffee shops, and local restaurants. The only downside is the noise, as the hotel sits on a busy intersection. If you don’t mind that, it’s a great place to stay.
